ABOUT INNOCOM
|
INNOCOM is an innovation competition organised by the Academic International Dialogue (AID Conference), which has been hosting various national and international conferences in Malaysia since 2016.
This programme aims to bring together professionals, academics, researchers, and students (including school students) to showcase their innovations and research through poster presentations and product demonstration. Additionally, INNOCOM encourages innovations related to teaching and learning practices in universities and schools. |
|
GENERAL INFORMATION The competition is open to all (professionals, academics, researchers, and students). Participation can be individual or in a group.
A combination of academics/lecturers, staff, and students is allowed. *It is mandatory to have a supervising teacher for entries under the primary and secondary school student categories, where the student is listed as the team leader. Participants are encouraged to prepare additional materials such as brochures, pictures, certificates, or any other relevant materials besides their innovation products for the competition day. |
OBJECTIVES The main aim of INNOCOM is to provide a platform for innovators at various levels (professionals, academics, researchers, and students) to share their findings and be evaluated at a higher level. INNOCOM also aims to be a platform for educators at universities and schools to share their innovative teaching and learning ideas and practices, helping to improve teaching styles and enhance productivity and efficiency in teaching.
